Act II: Deconstruction - Long Overdue Early Game
Chapters: 4 - 7
Success produces confidence, but if left unchecked, it becomes overconfidence, leading to mistakes.
Mistakes create regret, regret begets loss of morale, loss of morale causes poor performance, poor performance equals more mistakes.
A vicious flowchart that one's head is often stuck in.
It induces shame, which encourages isolation, followed by loneliness, which means a lack of support needed to succeed, a lack of success brings about even more shame, and so forth.
Eventually, learned helplessness is the result.
So support is needed to break that self-destructive cycle, but far too often the self rejects the support out of a misguided sense of responsibility, and the shame of being too weak to stand on one's own.
Thus, any hope of fixing the problem first requires awareness of said problem.
As with most things, the mould must be broken by deconstruction.
Go support the original author of 'Kumo Desuga, Nani Ka?' aka Okina Baba.
I don't own anything here, just some random nerd with nothing better to do with their life.

Kanda Kyoichi transmigrated to Konoha and became a temporary instructor at the Ninja Academy. Fortunately, he awakened the Mentor System.
By teaching others, he could earn rewards.
Thus began Kyoichi's career as a "teacher" in the ninja world.
Shisui: "Sensei's unique interpretation of the Will of Fire has given the Uchiha Clan a true sense of direction!"
Asuma: "The essence of the jade lies in protecting the people, with the advanced leading the way for the less experienced. Only then can Konoha become stronger!"
Kakashi: "He's my life mentor. He transformed Konoha!"
...
Years later, in the memoirs of Kyoichi, now the Hokage, he wrote:
"I honestly just wanted to be a life mentor!"
