Love's Unbearable Heartache is a story of two young lovers whose romance is cut tragically short when the girl is diagnosed with an incurable illness. Both of them are devastated, and the girl secretly makes the heartbreaking decision to protect her beloved from the pain of watching her suffer. She runaway from him and faces her battle alone, determined to stay strong for him. The boy is overwhelmed with grief, but he knows there is nothing he can do. He is left with nothing but memories of the love they once shared and an unbearable heartache that will remain forever.
