Living a quiet solitude life, tucked away in a small English village. Is a 20 year old girl called Cassie Mills.

3 years ago...
while she was still in school, her teachers set up a 'pen pal programme'.
Encouraged to take part, she was handed a piece of paper with a pre assigned name & address on it.
Not thinking much about it, Cassie folded the paper and shoved it in her school blazer pocket. Forgetting about it for months on end.

Months later.
Searching through her blazer pockets for her mislaid chewing gum, She came across a familiar piece of paper? she opened it up.
It had her previously assigned pen pals details on it, A Japanese girl called 'Satori Yamazaki'.

Cassie discarded it, throwing it away into the next bin that she saw.
Knowing full well that project ended a while back, she was happy to never be bothered with this subject or person again.

unbeknownst to poor Cassie, This is one thing that she wouldn't be able to walk away from...That name, will haunt her FOREVER.
