Her actually dad, Reggie moved to San Deigo. Her steph father Richard runs one of the hospital here, mega rich I believe. Her mother Lilia, well she some designer woman. She seems to be the logical one of the group, well it seems. Frankie spends most of her time skatebroading, listening to some music or maybe reading. Whenever she doesn't do that she spends her times with us, or with JJ. Either way, she is always by JJ or Kiara side.
