Traumatic past? Check. A weird power that makes my head hurt? Check. Finding out my best friend has a crush on me only giving me more of a headache? Check. Do I scream bingo now? But none of those things could prepare me for what I was about to discover. Julian's life has been marked by hardship since the day he was born. His mother struggled with substance abuse, which led to her death. Things started to look up once he and his brother came to live with their Grandmother. The only problem was money. Think being a single Mom is hard? Then, try begin a single Grandma. Desperate for money, Julian takes a job washing dishes at a nightclub, only to discover that the club's owners are fictional beings. The one's with the teeth dental plan. Vampires. Julian's ability to sense lies makes him valuable to the club's owner. Yet, it also thrusts him into the dangerous and complex politics of the supernatural world. When supernatural children start to go missing, Julian's unique ability could be the key to solving the mystery and protecting those he cares about. But when his own brother goes missing, Julian is pushed to his limits and forced to take risks he never imagined he'd take before. New chapter every Saturday ;)

What happens after you've saved the world? Even if you are an all-powerful being or vampire or some cross of any supernatural creature you've come in contact with? Normal life, apparently. But living a long life and seeing societies and their concepts of relationships, sexuality, and love change throughout the centuries means that normal life is... subjective. This is the SPICY version of the story, mature for violence and sexually explicit scenes. Read responsibly. ;)
