Ava never intended for much to happen when she started donating blood in high school, a couple stickers and the odd blood donor themed merch that she got after giving her red and white cells but that was it. She didn't have a rare kind of blood, nor had she ever been called in specifically by the organization in which she donated her blood to nor had they ever treated her any differently from any other donors.
That was until the day of her 34th blood donation when an odd man had stopped her just as she leaving the clinic. He didn't look out of the ordinary but Ava felt something was definitely different about him as he explained that his Boss's son had a rare blood disease and that her blood had been the most effective when it had been used in his treatment and he wanted her to be his personal at-home blood donor since he needed the treatment frequently.
Naturally, Ava was skeptical about the man's words but with the amount of money he had transferred directly into her account and by the way the hospital's director treated him her skepticism died down, albeit only slightly as anyone could be a con artist nowadays.
With nothing much happening in her small town life, her parents kicking her out of the house and all the people her age getting married and having kids, Ava takes this new "job" as an opportunity to better herself and start anew in the grassy plains of Ireland.
Never in a millions years had she expected her life to take another drastic turn when a very large Werewolf suddenly appeared in her appointed bedroom, snarling and ready to take a bite out of her.
Country living wasn't what Ava expected it to be.
