The law passed by mankind, Operation Scales to Bones, has stripped the land of its mighty dragons. All hope seems lost when each tribe only has a single dragon left.
Joy, Andy, Grace, and Mark are siblings in a group called the 'Dragon Nerds.' Together with their three cousins, Ann, Alex, and David, they search for a way to somehow save the last dragons. But what will happen when the dragons find them first? The seven Dragon Nerds suddenly acquire hybrid powers, but how will they use them?

So the original idea for this story came from my sister @Poppet257. If you haven't read her version yet, do that before you read this one. It's the same story we're just writing it differently so the plot may not be the same. Updates will be irregular because I can only update as fast as she does.
This is a Wings of Fire fanfiction series. I do not own Wings of Fire; but the only WOF in it is the dragon tribes and continent. I only own the plot and my characters.
There will be NO SHIPPING please, as these characters are based off real people, and they really are cousins. Unless of course the story says so.

Color: A light cyan (almost like Albatross') light grey underbelly, pitch white luminescent scales. Ocean blue eyes, tip of tail and legs are a fade from a darkish cyan to light. Description: Aqua is clever, stubborn and smart, she can defend for herself just fine and is rude to certain dragons, unlike some royal dragonets that want everything and all the attention, she is way different, she hates being at home in the palace, she likes exploring and being on her own, the forest is her second home, she has a secret den at the top of a mountain with a rushing waterfall beside it, she usually goes there to get away from home and River, the SeaWing she's supposed to get married to, but she doesn't even like him, he's obsessed with her and thinks he can't make any mistakes with her. .: Silver'Tear :. Tribe: NightWings (Non Hybrid) Color: Pitch black with shades of grey on his underscales, silver scale next to his grey eyes. Some light shades of silver on him. Age (Human years): 17 Occupation: Assassin Description: Silver is stubborn, rude, and doesn't open much about himself. He's a professional assassin and does most killing in the dark, he's a mix of a Bounty Hunter and assassin, he'll kill his target but won't accept money from it. He can be soft and kind at times but those are mainly only to people he trusts, he wears 2 silver horn rings and they have an unknown power. Not much is known about him, but when most dragons ask who/how someone died they usually know their answer..
