Inbetween Two Psychos | Inanimate Insanity AU [ON INDEFINITE HIATUS]
It was just a normal day at Hotel OJ for Lightbulb. That was, until Test Tube kidnapped Paintbrush for inhumane expiriments, and an unknown assailant has shot and killed Marshmallow. Now, OJ and Paper are trying to capture the culprit, while Lightbulb realizes she's gonna go out by one side or another. This fic is split into multiple acts: Act 1: Hiding in Plain Sight (Chapters 1-11) "Lightbulb feels cornered after Test Tube kidnaps Paintbrush and multiple other contestants, and someone starts murdering her teammates. All the while, OJ and Paper try to figure out what's going on." Act 2: Whiplash (Chapters 12-) "Test Tube, now stuck underground, grows closer with Fan. Meanwhile, Lightbulb attempts to live with the consequences of not acting on her suspicions earlier." Baseball, Lightbulb, and eventually Balloon are captured by Test Tube and forced to partake in experiments that slowly get more and more dangerous. Meanwhile, their friends back at Hotel OJ are desperately trying to find them.
