Gwyn's eyes didn't leave Azriel's as she asked in a shaky voice, "What's happened to him, Rhys?"
She was on a first name basis with both of his brothers? She must be someone special to Azriel, but his mate? His Cauldron-divine partner?
"He's... It seems that when Azriel came into contact with the artifact he lost some of his memories," Rhys said, his tone dire.

Rhys pursed his lips and Gwyn's gaze grew distant. They were mind-speaking, Azriel realized.
The slender column of his mate's throat bobbed. "Get Madja. Now."

Azriel cried out in a broken voice that pierced the night
