He made one of the toughest decisions he had ever made in the last twenty years and left with just Ellie. After everything had died down, including Abby's father's death, Joel escaping and Y/n finding out Joel left with Ellie and she kept thinking why he left her behind and what she did wrong to make him leave with only Ellie. What will happen once Abby finds Y/n in the hospital? What could change if Y/n ever see's Ellie again? Would she still be on Abby's side if she found the truth?
