A short story in which we have punk rebel and wannabe rockstar, Celeste, living next door to smart-talking and ever-teasing officer, Aiden Gallagher. The two have been neighbors for little over a year and yet they already have the back-and-forth dynamic of a young married couple. Celeste is a full-sized hard headed rebel, who has had some bad relationships and since her last one failed some two years ago, she has chosen to put up a wall and block away anyone from entering her heart, mind, and yes, even her body. Aiden has found himself drawn to the woman next door, who says what's on her mind and isn't afraid to let those around her know it, but feels as if there is more to her than meets the eye. Determined to break down the walls that she has built, Aiden doesn't shy away from letting Celeste know that he is attracted to her; every last bit of her. Will Celeste allow herself to feel the pleasures of being with someone else again? Or will she continue to guard herself more, especially knowing that her Greek God of a neighbor is one with the law?
