Even the most skilled of fighters, which included Death the Kid, had been beaten by him. Now, he faces taking on the task of bringing criminal Meisters and Weapons to justice alone, as the other members had retired due to graduating. This is Joseph's story, and how he cemented himself as the DWMA's Top Enforcer.
