With a Strum of My Heart Strings
*COMPLETED* After begging Bakugou to go to one of his band's gigs, Kaminari sees a certain purple-haired boy up on stage and immediately knows that he wants to get closer to him. But Shinsou is tricky. And what happens when Denki starts to like him as more than just a friend? This is a BNHA Band AU. In this fic, quirks still are a thing. But, all of class 1-A and B never went to UA, and all took on normal jobs, meeting each other through normal highschools. I promise you, I'll probably be strumming your heartstrings by the end of this. Get ready for a wild trip of fluff, angst, and most importantly, Shinkami. ATTENTION: No songs used in this fanfiction is written by me, and are not mine. I'll make sure to credit the song in an author's note in the chapter. This won't be any more inappropriate than the anime. With maybe a tiny bit of spice at some point, and alcohol usage. Cover art by me.Complete
The dumb blonde....
Denki Kaminari is a student at UA high school, a school for aspiring heroes and the students there are very hardworking. However, despite getting into UA, everyone sees Denki as a bit stupid, his quirk doesn't help when he goes brain dead either. He hides behind a fake smile and laughs off all of their comments and stupid remarks, but they really hurt him. Aizawa sensei is like a father figure for Kaminari, his home life isn't great, so he sees Aizawa as more of a parental figure. This is good and all, but if he disappoints aizawa, he has a full on mental breakdown, because he's disappointed the one person he sees is there for him as a parental figure. However, it's the same with his friends, if he let's them down, he gets afraid they'll leave him and forget about him, so he has a breakdown because of that. Warnings: •mental health issues discussed •abuse mentions •bakudeku cousin AUComplete
