After a meteor crashed in the area between Royal Woods and Great Lakes City, both towns went under heavy renovations. Combining both towns into one, Royal Lakes City, or just Royal Lakes. Becoming a massive city filled with many different cultures and people, but the same can be said about criminals. Youth Gangs with programmable matter weapons from a mysterious person known as the Tinkerer, Mafia from Great Lakes looking to make it big, and some say there are even Supervillains, but none have been caught yet.

Lincoln Loud always dreamed of becoming a hero, but he was born as a normal human being with no mutant genes, no superpowers, no magical powers, nothing. Little did he know, he was about to stumble across something that would change his life. As there was something in the meteor that caused Royal Lakes to be built. Many things, a hive even. A hive of symbiotes. Varied in color and power. The one he discovered? Virus, a symbiote that loves consuming brains, chocolate, and technology.
