It's been 23 years since the final battle with the homunculus known as Father. With Elric brothers' mission to return their bodies (well mostly) to normal completed, their lives led them to different paths. Edward settled down in Resembool with Winry and started a family. Alphonse embraced his new life with a non-metallic body and grew his relationship with Mei. Despite being apart, the brothers were closer than ever. Amestris was in a time of peace, but a darkness looms in the distance. The destiny of the next generation with be impacted and so will the lives of both new and old allies. *I do not own Fullmetal Alchemist Brotherhood or its characters*

Winry and you acted like sisters, but other than her you usually felt like no one could understand you. One day Aunt Pinako got lost on the way to the next town to show off her top quality automail, and Winry and you decided to go search for her. Anywho, I've had this idea for a longer Alphonse x Reader story, and I can't get this idea out of my head. This is loosely based on Beauty and the Beast, except Edward is Beast, Winry is Belle, and you're just like "I AINT LEAVING WITHOUT WINRY!" And of course Alphonse is his usual adorable armored self.
