This is a universe where people have quirks (I call them abilities/powers in the work), but it's not as common as it is in the canon universe. Dabi is not a member of the LOV/PLF, as they AND the hero society do not exist in this world. He still has a vengeance towards his father, but I'm approaching it in a different light - one you will see as you read.
