This is based off my OC's, Phoenix and Ghostly.

"The world seems quiet. Too quiet. Recently there was a news article posted from Phen about a strange incident. A cat supposedly died in a house fire caused by Dragon's Blood but was strangely seen alive and walking with strange attributes. The couple who saw the cat also mentioned the parents of the cat being there as well.

The news article spread worldwide, only missing a few smaller towns by pure chance. Another article was posted about Dragon's Blood by a few researchers, suggesting that Dragon's Blood might've had a few other attributes aside from being deadly, yet due to the lack of it, they can't do any tests.
