(new story cover) SUMMARY : the story of a human surviving the rising water that brought humanity into extinction . and now our friend discovers a world full of marine creatures dominating it . and with that , he begins his adventure in a new world , and lives a new life . STORY FORMAT : ACT 01 : the fall of mankind . chapter(s) : the disaster . ACT 02 : into the new world . chapter(s) : waking up - the squidbeak splatoon's new agent . An octoling boy named Yuki who has mysterious powers, lives in the future and travels to the past to escape from the chaos of Inkopolis. The future he lived in was chaotic. Inklings and octolings were competing with each other too seriously, that some of them are dying. In the past, he travelled to the year of 2021. There, he meets an inkling girl with the name of Sayuri. She found Yuki in a back alley one night and she took care of him. When Yuki shook her hand, he had this feeling they met. Although, Sayuri doesn't know where he comes from, she has a feeling that he's hiding something from her. Yuki also runs into some familiar faces as well. Why does Yuki have a feeling he and Sayuri met? And why does Sayuri feel like there's something more to Yuki? Splatoon Manga - Canon Lightroad
I got Olive Waffles's permission to post this, and LightRoad is her idea. Despite the fact it is called "Canon" LightRoad, it is not actually what happened. Mysticoral, the one who created this, wanted to make LightRoad "Canon" by swapping out Prince and Emperor with Vintage and Skull. - Edit 8-2-20: thank you for 1k views! Edit 9-8-22: I probably should've stated this earlier, but we no longer associate with Mysticoral. ALSO this fic is dated and kinda cringy. - This is a collaboration on remaking of LightRoad on a google document. I mostly worked with grammar, spelling, and the way some characters acted, someone else also helped with words and vocabulary, someone did Vintage's character and swear words, so on, so on. This story has changed a LOT since you may have seen it, and I'd probably recommend ages 17+ for the sake of swearing and violence being used in the story. It is an alternate universe. However, in case you have NOT read LightRoad before: When the squidbeak are sent to a famous city for a final exam, they are overjoyed about the fun they'll have.
