Space Pirate From Another Dimension.

In the vast space of the Union world, a crack in time appeared. It shattered and a small unknown vessel appears floating away before the hole of the shatter cracks repaired itself. The unknown vessel skyrockets into the space, zooming at speeds of drifting away many planets until it found a certain one. The vessel suddenly shifts a turn and crash lands into the populated area, scaring the locals away. Authority on the planet investigated the crash site. They inspected the unknown vessel, only to discover the opened gate containing a frozen lifeform.

Thousands of years later, a war has sprung out on Earth. Multiple sides wanting the control of the world and looking to end the conflict with no end in plain sight. However, things have took a different turn when a few locals with wanted posters on them discovered a lost forgotten laboratory. Neither power leaders across the world would ever be in fear for their lives when the lab is opened up, revealing the frozen lifeform from another time than this world.
