Hellooo this is gonna be like my first story that I actually finish. Even I'm excited for what's to come and I'm the one writing this.
Quick disclaimer: I only own my OC and any other characters I might add in this. The rest of the characters are miHoYo's and miHoYo's alone.
This is a made-up story, meaning anything that happens is not part of the game!! The places that I describe are not made by me! They are in game places that you can go to, although there might be a few places (like inside buildings that you can't go in) that I make up. I may also make up some ages of characters that are not public.

Caylis' Backstory
Some lore of my OC used in my other book. Chapters will only be made and published when I'm in the mood and have the time. Some chapters might end up being shorter than the rest. Be aware, as there will also be some cussing here and there. A few details: Caylis has already met Tighnari, Cyno, & Collei because of Dain. She only recognizes Tighnari in my other book, but not Cyno as some parts of his personality and appearance had changed during the long time he and Caylis had not seen/talked to each other, the same goes for Cyno to Caylis. Time passes differently in Teyvat than CHB/Earth, as just 1 month at Earth can equal even half a year (at the least) in Teyvat. It will mainly be scenes with HSR characters and storyline, as a lot of her life was spent with the Astral Express. She joins them after Belebog, and before the Xinzhou, but the story will start at the beginning of the Amphoreus storyline, as I don't feel like writing so many chapters. Caylis' real name is Kienne, with the nickname of Kie, but upon entering Teyvat (in my other book), she preferred to be called Caylis instead. Family members include: Dainsleif (older brother) Kiana (yes, HI3 Kiana. She's Caylis' twin) Welt Yang (uncle, mother's side) Hades (godly parent/father) Myrah (mother) Adoptive mother & father (no names)

(Cover is not mine) Tighnari has been living in an abusive home for years, he never felt like he was enough for his parents, and his parents never felt like he was enough for them. Especially his father. They were always pushing him to the peak of perfection, which no person can reach, and one day he has had enough of that life and finally decides that he wants to leave all that behind. At 17 years old, he runs away from his home in Sumeru City. He receives help from 14-year-old Cyno, who finds him injured and alone miles away from his home. Cyno and his parents help Tighnari find a stable environment to live in while Tighnari struggles to overcome his emotional and mental trauma. Tighnari and Cyno may or may not catch a feeling or two for each other as Tighnari opens up and creates emotional bonds with Cyno, who helps him learn that it's okay to make mistakes and that nobody's perfect. Cyno help Tighnari realize that it's okay to trust and rely on others for help, and Tighnari creates familial bonds with Cyno's family and other friends that he never had with his own parents or family. Watch these two grow together, both in their age and in their feelings for one another as they go off as adults and decide their future together.
