In this story, an evil scientist has a plan to resurrect all of the Ninja's greatest enemies. 
The first one he happens to choose is not someone who will lie down easily, and now the whole world must deal with the consequences. Meanwhile, all of our favourite characters are dealing with the struggles of their own lives and figuring out how to deal with the changing world.
