Saiki Kusuo went to visit his brother Kusuke to ask him to fix his power limiter, but while they were there, Kusuke introduced them to a girl, who he said will now be staying with them back at they're home. He insisted they host for her because she will also go to the same school as Kusuo. But this girl is pretty odd and for some reason Kusuo's powers don't seem to work well when he's with her
