The beginning of a new school year always held promise, but for Kimberly, it was going to be the best one yet. She was one of the most popular girls in school, with a charming personality that drew people in. Little did her classmates know, there was a secret side to her that only a few knew about.

Mateo was not one of the popular kids, but he had a charm of his own that made him stand out. He secretly adored Kimberly, but he knew he could never confess his feelings to her. She was part of a notorious school gossip group, The Pretty Ones, made up of Kimberly, Stella, Ava, Ginny, and Jennie. They were always up to date on the latest gossip, and everyone knew it.

Mateo was a volleyball player, and his best friend Josh was head over heels in love with Jennie. It seemed like everyone had a crush on someone, except for Kimberly, who had kept her feelings for Mateo under wraps. Little did she know that Mateo was also harboring a secret crush on her.
