After the events of arc 4 a strange portal opened in the Roswaal mansion transporting most of the residents to a strange new world however the awe did not last long as they were attacked by creatures known as fallen. To save his friends subaru Natsuki gave his life to buy them time to escape. Subaru died but his friends escaped and made the journey to the last city. And a year later a new guardian is born without his memories and now on a quest to find out who he is all the while protecting humanity.

Forgotten by everyone, labelled as the archbishop of pride, imprisoned and with only few believing he wasn't- one being an oni who never left his side even while hating him. Subaru had a pretty hard time along with getting some new traumatic experiences... that is until he was busted out with a help of a rouge-spirit created by flugel and gained a new ability from satella... not to mention being surprised by them revealing their his ancestors during a near-death episode. But now a while later after breaking out, having different feelings and maturing a lot from everything, he finally gets a clue on how to reverse gluttony's effect so he journeys to the place that he didn't exactly like... He had made a name for himself back in Lugunica through his deeds, and he even contracted a spirit. But all of this would change when he shall suddenly be transported to another world once again. This time, with Beatrice by his side.. RWBY is owned by Roosterteeth, while Re:Zero by Kadokawa and written by Tappei Nagatsuki Note: - This Subaru is after arc 8. There are minor spoilers for this current book on the events of arc 4+, you have been warned. - There may be inaccuracies towards arc 7 and 8 due to this fic being written before it's completed.
