Regina Mills married King Leopold and became a stepmother to Snow White... and her younger sister Rose. A relationship that developed between Regina and Rose was much different then the one between the Evil Queen and Snow White. Maybe she cared for the girl, even loved her. But we all know love is weakness.

Regina had a sister who also lost her first true love to Snow telling their mother, Cora, but when Tinkerbell shows them both their second chance, Regina's sister, Maddie, decided to take her second chance, and that was with the man with a lion tattoo on his arm. But when Regina casts her curse some of the people of the enchanted forest got stuck behind and we frozen for 28 years. Then time started up again and weeks, months later, everyone from the first curse came back. And Maddie and Regina run into one another after years of not speaking to each other or seeing each other.
