The Guardians

Enter Dax Embrey, a 16 year old boy with a creative mind and well trained body. One thing that's odd about him is that he belongs to a secret guild known as “The Guardians”. The Guardians protect the city of Howlsbury. They are made up of Dax Embrey, Kevin Tillus, Anne Tillus, Adam Boud, Jamie Lexis, and Leader Gavin Mercer. Dax was born with powers. He has three, fast regeneration, conjuration of fire and heat, and telekinesis. Kevin is a close friend of Dax and is a brother to Anne, his power is healing, he serves as a medic to The Guardians. Anne is a young, but strong girl, whose strength outmatches others. Adam is a matter-shifter, he can create objects from other objects, such as a blade from a lead pipe. Jamie has a unique mix of physic powers, that involve changing moods, telling the future, and hearing thoughts. She uses this mixture as a source to sense danger or calm a person down in order to save them. Gavin is a genius and makes the strategies when dealing with problems. He has two powers that consist of mutation of his own body to help with the situation that needs it and super speed. Although different powers, they all have the same instincts and they all know how to move about, as they all practice parkour. All but Gavin go to school together. Dax is just beginning his second year of high school and he has his best friend Jessica Conners, who knows of his involvement with The Guardians. She serves as a gadget designer, because she has a vast tech intelligence. She has Adam make gadget pieces while she puts them together to make the whole thing work. She's smarter than Gavin in the tech department. Dax has come to terms with his life and has found himself falling for the new girl, Tori Bellus, while struggling with his emotions and the guild. He is finding that trouble is opening its eyes to Howlsbury. Will Dax give in to this new evil or will he save those close to him.
