Darla was a simple girl born in West Virginia in the late 1910s. She grew up a kind, smart, generous and caring person. So.. how exactly did she find herself waking up in an abandoned military base a hundred years later?
Her father was a soldier for the US Army and was being transferred permanently to be stationed in Austria. Being the only family she had, Darla decided to move with him and take a job at a US-allied Bar to occupy her time. Everything was going well given the surrounding circumstances until one night she met a handsome boy from New York City who was fighting on the front lines with the Howling Commandos to win the war.
Now present times she finds herself in a world that's almost completely foreign chasing information in an attempt to figure out the past. Fix her mind before it eats her alive, and battle the demons that have been forced upon her.
With the help of some new allies and her new best friends Steve Rogers and Natasha Romanoff, can Darla figure out what's happened to her family, and take back control of her own mind on top of trying to save what's left of the people she loves and finding her way in this new world?
