Octavia Celeste is the Captain of the Genora, a pirate ship.
Enzo Rockwell is General of the Phlato fleet sent with the mission of capturing Octavia and her crew of The Genora. What happens when he achieves his goal but has made a promise to his father, that he would grant one last wish to the captain off the ship who just so happened to be traveling to the Octamia Star. A legend, a myth but being a man of his word, despite his 'better' judgement, he agrees.
