Alice Freeman, a fifteen year old girl has an extraordinary gift. She can see everyone's past and future. Well, everyone except herself and Matthew Strummer, a boy she has liked since third grade. She can see his past, but not his future. After fifteen years of this steady growing power her mind has become filled with deaths and other horrors, but also happy times. Think about it, wouldn't you feel like you would explode if you had everyone's past and futures flooding your head? So for fifteen years, Alice steadily starts to lose her sanity.
