A tale of true friendship weathering the storm in dark times; of biggos who genuinely want to safeguard their tiny friend from the horrors of a toxic relationship...even if that means taking matters into their own hands.  A story of twisting fates, of wonderful wholesomeness and steamy erotica that shows just how far a pair of friends will go to protect those that they care about.


But what happens when that tiny isn't just a character, but the reader themselves?

Everything takes place in modern day, but in a fictional reality where little beings (borrowers) live in the walls and take things that humans don't need. They're incredibly timid creatures, but excellent survivors and very agile. They'd look 100% human if not for their ears, tails, and feet. Carter is the youngest in a family of four, resilient with a daredevil spirit. After a tragic turn of events he's left to fend for his own, and manages alright, until the unimaginable happens.
