So cierra has a crush on the one boy she has wanted since the 6th grade but when she gets new neighbors and she becomes friends with one she finds out she has a stalker which is her neighbors cousin. She don't really like the kid at first. She never knew his name until after awhile. But his cousin glen tells her .
