Basch, the ruler of a small country kingdom, has ruled ever since he was very young alongside his little sister. He is still young, at the age of eighteen. Since he rules a tiny kingdom, he's constantly trying to get a place on the map, but hasn't succeeded thus far.  And now, he's been proposed with an invitation to the biggest ball of the century, and the prince isn't about to let this opportunity slip past him. The only problem is, he has no idea how to dance. Immediately, he sends for a private tutor to teach him before the ball.  

Once this man arrives and introduces himself, the two soon are at each others throats. Roderich, the tutor, believes that Basch has no manners what so ever, while Basch thinks that the Austrian is just plain annoying. Roderich now makes it his mission to teach this bratty prince some lessons on how to be a proper young man, but will one month be enough time to prepare him?
