Dottie McDonald is a little girl with a very big dream. The kids at school always tease her and make up songs about her. They call her Dottie McTrottie because she's always talking about sailing away some day on her purple polka dot yacht with her kitten, Ms. Meow De La Rue. Despite what the kids at school say, she is determined to make her dream come true anyway.
