A former companion of the hero, a vampire and a witch takes off from the Kingdom of Garrison to prevent a calamity from occurring. Vendrick Gold, a vanguard knight one day finds himself with a small child named Amy Flowrance in an abandoned church off in the DeepWood forests. There the little girl who is a vampire saves him from the brink of death and soon accompanies him as she had nowhere to go in the first place. LoveTober: In the World of Samaritan's Legacy by TheBriter

This a collection of prompts I used to write Hember's story in the month of October 2024. Lovetober is my humble attempt at writing romance and is an opportunity to world build before I release "Samaritan's Legacy," which takes place right after this story's end. It is a light romance in which Hember struggles with loneliness brought on by his faith. He is rejected by all he loves and unable to maintain any relationships in his country, Delair, on the planet Orbellus. At the age of 21, he encounters a woman from the city of Nascula in the country of Merigo, and he is captivated by her. That does prevent more issues from arising. In the country of Delair, worshipping the God Hember believes in is unlawful, and he is wrought with confusion, doubt, and fear about what he should do. What he must do, he lacks the will to do it. Although the first part of LoveTober is primarily a romance, the world of Samaritan's Legacy is one that falls into a zombie-like apocalypse. The story will shift slightly to blend into the apocalypse that will come but the main focus will still be the romance.

When twelve year old Tamara Rose is attacked by demons, and her family is ruthlessly killed in front of her own eyes, she gets thrown into a wild, unknown world of hunting and magic. Five years later, she comes face to face with someone who she had thought was dead. And that person was trying to raise hell. Literally.
