Calista Larkin is tired of people telling her she only got into the University of Michigan because of her brother. It's her junior year, and no matter how well she's performed up until this point, everyone assumes she owes it all to her famous last name. She gets it, really-Dylan is a hometown hero, a star hockey player who was born and raised in Michigan.

Moritz Seider, on the other hand, is still getting used to this place. Michigan isn't Germany, and it doesn't help that by his second season playing hockey in America, his captain seems to have it out for him. Mo, however, is convinced he'll be able to win him over. That is, until Mo accidentally falls for his captain's sister.

This isn't as slow of a burn as my Cole fic, so if you're looking for something a little faster paced, this one is for you. Be aware there are NSFW scenes, some violence, and strong language, so please only read if you're comfortable.
