It's a normal summer day in the Outer Banks, when Kiara suddenly comes with news. Her Cousin, Madison Brooke, is going to visit the obx. The three boys get exited to meet her, but when she tells that Madison is a high classed Kook, JJ already has got problems with her. As she gets known with the boys they all see she is not one of those "cocky kooks" but a-lot nicer. JJ on the other hand resists to get to know her. 

But as time passes by, and Madison and JJ actually starts talking, he sees they have a lot in common. After some time passes, JJ's feeling for Madison starts growing, and the same for Madison. Their only problem is Kiaras rule, no pouge-on-pouge macking. 

What will they do? And will they keep the relationship a secret for long? And what if the others find out?...
