The age of heroes and villains is coming to an end. Children are told to ignore their own powers. The use of Quirks is completely prohibited. One major question lingers about the young generation: "Why?"
    
     When a group of miscreants attempts to revive the practice of villainous Quirk usage, a call to heroic action is answered by a group of eager teenagers. Will they be able to train their Quirks and stop these villains before it's too late?
