(In this version, Zalgo has a special breeding organ called a velva so essentially he's a hermaphrodite. He has both male parts and another similar part to a vagina but it's not called that it's called a quilla instead.)

When Zalgo is raped by the powerful Scarlet Leviathan he is found unconscious and bloodied by Slenderman. After the brutal rape, wakes up in Slenderman's mansion. Zalgo now fearful of what Slenderman would do to him breaks down and starts to have flashbacks of the Scarlet Leviathan's abuse. Selenderman on the other hand sees how badly the Sarlet Leviathan broke the once proud and cocky Zalgo. After Impregnating Zalgo Slenderman promises to keep him and their unborn child safe from harm.
