My upstairs neighbor is the worst.
He's loud, and has zero respect for quiet hours.
He also happens to be ridiculously hot.
Which is a problem, because the more Luke Hemmings stomps through my ceiling and barges into my life, the harder it is to pretend I don't like it.
But here's the catch-I've been in love with my best friend Quinton since forever. He doesn't see me that way, but my heart's never gotten the memo.
So now I'm stuck between the boy who's never noticed me...
and the man upstairs who won't let me ignore him.
