Years and years trapped where he couldn't escape. Ty Sandia was mentally unstable and had to be cared for. When he finally escapes, he lectures other captives. Once all the captives are free, a Freak Circus will be held at Gran Bell Place. Police are trying to stop it, but the crowd will be too deadly.
