And any part that messed up, were expelled at the age of 15, if they messed up later in life, a bullet through the head. Xena was one of those parts that didn't help the city or the Council so she's been Expelled. Fallow her journey beyond the walls of the unknown world where humans haven't touched in centuries.

The government took over completely but was quickly overrun by robots that they had created to enforce the newly created laws. As the robots continued to make more of themselves and become powerful, kids were mainly targeted as they were seen as bad to the mechanical monstrosity that was ruining the city. A teenager tried to keep most of the kids safe and hid them well, making sure they were safe with mothers and fathers who had already suffered losses of their own children being taken and enslaved. At the start of the government taking over, a group of people was forced out of the city due to their ignorance, according to the government that is. It became a comforting story to the scared kids that they'll come back and save them, told by the teenager who risks his life to save them.
