"Please wake up." I said as I held his hand. I looked for any sign of response; a movement beneath an eyelid, a twitch of a finger. Nothing. He was just... blank. I felt the tears come. I played with his hand in mine; traced invisible messages in his palm with my finger, hoping just maybe he'd magically be able to get them. Tears started falling down my cheeks. I held his hand gently against my lips. Tears dropped on his fingers until they were as wet as my eyes. I rested my head on his limp hand. "I told you I needed you to stay."

His arms were around my waist and he was also supporting both of our bodies so it would stay afloat. "Stop apologizing and tell me honestly! Did you jump on purpose?" I bit my bottom lip as my eyes started clouding with tears. "I...I'm sor-" before I could finish, I felt something soft pressed against my lips. I stared down at his closed eyelids and felt my heart racing against my chest. He started moving his lips and I opened my lips, letting him in. It felt like forever before we finally stopped. He pulled away, tugging at my bottom lip and sighed. "We're not supposed to be doing this..." he whispered. "Then why are you doing this?" I asked breathlessly. "I don't know...." he answered. "But...just once more....just one more kiss." Then he pressed his lips against mine's again.

"How can I love you when I cant remember you?!" I yelled through my tears. He walked up to me and kissed me passionately. "I'll make you remember me because I love you" he said.
