Juneau has only ever wanted to exist in peace. Walking to the bus stop one night transports her into a world not of her own, a world of confusion and terror and magic. Lord Kaplin the ruler of Flai Point has been trying to protect his people for centuries, when a spy is apprehended on his side of the range he takes a personal mission to get the truth out of her. When danger falls upon the lands Juneau and Kaplin must work together to fight for what they want most.

In a world ruled by the sword, where kings and lords are self proclaimed almost on a monthly basis, treachery and violence runs amok. Magickers are by turns either very blessed or very cursed, in either case they would be the pet of some self proclaimed king, or perhaps said king is their pet and they would be living it grand in some tall tower somewhere or perhaps afeared as the crazy hermit who lives in the middle of a swamp. A land called Sataria is no place for freedom or peace, but a split land filled with dishonesty. It has been erupted by a cold hearted king that promises his people for a better future just to be growing hatred and fear among each other. Refusing unity by the misleading king the people have drifted a rift between them 'the norms' and 'the marks'. The Marks are misjudged people who were born with a supernatural ability. By the kings hatred toward them they are abused and used by the king himself and his people 'the norms'. Rose has lost both her parents, and found out she was a mark all by the age of 13. Her aunt and uncle take her in just to find out she has a rare marking no like any other with more than one ability. With time of training and hiding she was happy by the love of her family until it all goes downhill. She experiences lost, friendship, love, betrayal and realization all to end up losing or finding herself and killing or saving the people she loves. 'The Clarity' is a group of marks who want to change the world. They are willing to do anything possible to save there kind and stop the king and the mistreatment by 'the norms'. They are fighting in the shadows waiting for there missing piece of the puzzle, so they can complete there destiny.Complete
