Tatum Cartman is a pouge with big dreams. Tatum lives with her drunk mom who is always sleeping or partying. When her mom isn't t doing either of those she always finds a way to make Tatums life a living hell. Tatum never really knew her dad, and Tatum's mom never talked about him. As far as Tatum knows her dad is in jail for selling drugs to minors.
Other than her home life she tends to spend most of her time with the pouges. They make Tatum feel like she has a family, a home.
The pouges have rivals, best known as Kooks, especially Rafe Cameron. Tatum hates Rafe with a passion and he hates her.
