Fortune favours the brave. Absence makes the heart grow fonder. All's well that ends well. Three adages, all borne out of similar beginnings. Their sole purpose being to obscure reality by hiding the detrimental influence of questionable actions under the guise of virtue. In fact, they often advocate for the notion that obstacles merely strengthen desire rather than hinder progress. Yet, such perceptions ignore the multi-faceted nature of life in their necessity for simplism. Instead, these adages tempt the masses with the allure of uncomplicated dichotomy governed by extremes. After all, a life where each question has only two responses is far easier than the plethora offered by reality. Left or right? Good or bad? Live or die? What happens when one deviates from the beaten path of supposed normalcy? What happens when one wants to confront the unfamiliar and take the road untravelled? What happens when one wants a life beyond these simplistic adages? • • ―― • ☾☼☽ • ―― • • Otherwise, the one in the queen is born to those who defied the traditions of the time. Or the one in which Cassiopeia II is the heir of the Houses of Gaunt and Black.

"Ravens. Beautiful creatures, aren't they?" he asked, stroking the one on his shoulder. She stayed quiet for a moment, before, "They are, Harry" "My name isn't Harry," He shouted, outraged. The raven flew off, shaken by the sudden volume. __________________________________________________________________________________ They had left him alone on 𝒽𝒾𝓈 doorstep in winter, with just a thin baby blue blanket, which was not fit for any baby. They had told 𝒽𝒾𝓂 that they would come back to get him on his 5th birthday. They didn't. So 𝒽𝑒 threw him out on the streets. Who was the baby, you ask? Raven. That was the name he goes by now. He doesn't care about what he was called before, not really. He was going to take his life into his own hands and show everyone who ever looked down on him wrong. With no one there to teach him right and wrong, to be kind to him, just how far will he be different from the boy everyone had imagined? Will he meet people that will change his heart and opinions? Will he find love? Will he find out secrets that have been kept from him? Is he going to accept people back into his life when he realizes what they did was for him? Will he start trusting again? Or will he push everyone aside and take everything into his own hands? One question ran through everyone's mind: Just how powerful was he? Before you start reading, I just want you to know that this is going to be really different than canon. And there is going to be a lot of characters, and a lot of 'Cast' chapter too. Also, I have no idea where this story is going, so bear with me as I get it back on a good note.
