The only problem? His entire life is planned out for him and he LOATHES his own reputation. Eager to break free from the toxic cycle of status and manipulation, he applies to the best art school in the world, and lies to Winnie- his beloved partner AND Joel's ex-girlfriend.
What's going to happen when the principal pulls two tickets bonded by Joel's honey at the same time?

This was originally inspired from Gossip Girl as a Dan x Chuck dark slowburn, but after writing almost 100 pages, the story feels all it's own and my characters have come to life. Is it still a fanfiction? Idk. Read it and enjoy! :)

When Wei Wuxian's cousin opens a dating profile for him he is indignant but reckons that he may end up making a friend. A faceless profile interests him and he starts chatting. Wei Wuxian challenges Lan Zhan intellectually and he finds himself desperately craving his messages and phone calls. But Wei Wuxian knows him as a thirty three year old closetted gay man who couldn't get into a relationship because of family constraints. He respects him as a peer and often shares his life struggles with him. Lan Zhan adores being treated as an adult for the first time in his life. They decide to keep their friendship platonic and virtual so as not to corrupt it. What will happen when on the first day of college Lan Zhan finds Wei Wuxian as his Chemistry professor?
