We all know the story of MHA but what if there was a Student that was born in the country but to foreign parents and left the country when 8 but returns to Japan and arrives in 1-A without a quirk and has nothing but has been injected with a serum that inhances he's body to be able to become a hero. this fan fiction will explore how the event's of MHA would change. yes this is inspired by the marvel Hero Captain America but i do think this is a fun concept to explore. this also is based of an roleplay i was apart of and will include oc characters and plots in addition to the main plot of MHA
