"Consider it an early birthday present, every fourth Daughter has one of their parents, now I'm giving you yours" she puts the necklace around my neck, the oval shaped-gold mixed with bronze, locket with the family's engraving touched her skin which made her shiver a little "thank you mama, i swear I'll keep your tradition alive when I have my kids" she smiled at her daughter and kissed her forehead goodnight

Due to a new law Ana can be crowned instead of a male relative. Ana's an only child. Her father doesn't like this but can't change the law because the people decided it. Her father has said that he'll be king till the day he dies because he doesn't want to see Ana be crowned queen. Life isn't in her favor but will someone will bring light to her empty life? Sebastian a boy who grew up in the same kingdom as Ana but lived a very different life. When Sebastian was young his father died while at war. He never wanted his father to go so he snuck in on one of the trucks carrying food. While his father was on the battlefield fighting Anastasias father pushed Sebastian dad in front of him to get shot instead of himself. No one saw this besides Sebastian, and no one would ever find out. Once Sebastian grew up he decided that he would come for the royal family but not without consequences.
