Hazel Hook is the daughter of Captain Hook and sister to Harry Hook. Born on the Isle of the Lost, Captain Hook wanted to be the best father he could be for his kids, mainly for Hazel. He made a wish to the Blue Fairy before he was banished to the Isle that he wants his daughter to help people be and feel better. With that wish, the Blue Fairy granted the gift of healing on a locket that used to be worn by her mother. From that moment on, Hazel was known as the Isle's doctor.

The future king of Auradon, Prince Benjamin, has made a proclamation that would change his kingdom forever. His proclamation is to bring the kids of the Isle to come and live in Auradon. He picks the kids who would have the most trouble, which are the children of Maleficent, Jafar, Cruella De Vil, The Evil Queen, and you guessed it, Captain Hook.
