Highschool DxD: Kuoh's Manhunt

After the latest discovery of the abandoned Pickman Project and the death of Dr Pickman, The Project has been dormant for the past 16 years. Until an Asylum in Kuoh, Japan picked up the project, using it on their most notorious patient: Colin Hyoudou (adopted brother of Issei Hyoudou), who remembers the day he was taken away by the asylum with no explanation other than he knew "too much for his own good". A few months later, during midnight, lightning struck the aslyum, causing the place to blackout. Not even a minute later, chaos ensued throughout the whole place. When Colin knocks out his doctor, he sees a man who would put him through the ringer: Leo Kasper.
